چکیده

Papillomaviruses are a group of DNA viruses belonging to the Papillomavirida family. These provoke pathological conditions manifesting with inflammation, exophytic masses, carcinogenesis, reproductive and perinatal disorders. Immune status is an essential factor de-termining severity duration inflammatory diseases, course latent viral infections, including papillomavirus infection (PVI). The human immune system prevents persistence, reactivation, development PVI clinical presentations. cellular response realized under control interferons (IFNs). Today, no complex studies on type 1, 2, or 3 IFNs in cervical mucus women associated herpesvirus chlamydia infec-tions available. Aim: compare IFN profile mucosal immunity infections. Patients Methods: this study enrolled 149 aged 25–44. Women were divided into four groups. Group 1 included only (n=21). 2 (n=47). (n=39). 4 controls (n=30). Complex outpatient laboratory examina-tion functional, biochemical, immunological tests detail pathophysiolog-ical mechanisms urogenital PVIs. (IFN-β, IFN-γ, IFN-λ1/IL-29, IFN-λ3/IL-28B) levels measured by ELISA. Results: all groups, IFN-λ3 IFN-γ deficiencies detected. In PVI, deficiency prevailed. infection, severe IFN-β was revealed. Conclusion: these patterns demonstrate relevant role interferon arm im-mune pathogenesis isolated alterations support prescription immu-notherapy for KEYWORDS: papillomavirus, interferons, system, mucus, immunity. Mucosal Immunity and Candida albicans Infection

Interactions between mucosal surfaces and microbial microbiota are key to host defense, health, and disease. Our understanding of the mechanisms involved in these discriminatory processes has recently begun to e...
